Attendees will also learn how to link academic plans to district, state and national assessments and to configure GPA requirements. Once the plan is created, attendees will explore how counselors, students and teachers interact with the plan. Prerequisite: Must attend CR 5116 Academic Planning Part 1 before taking this course. This course will cover the configuration and use of Academic Planning. Attendees will learn how to utilize: credit requirements, course requirements and course planning rules to design academic plans that will guide students towards graduation. Attendees will also learn how to link academic plans to district, state and national assessments and to configure GPA requirements. Once the plan is created, attendees will explore how counselors, students and teachers interact with the plan. Attendees will also explore how to utilize the Course Plan Admin tool to: turn Course Plans into Course Requests, graduate seniors, pull reports on the on-track/off/track plan status of students.
