The pivot designer feature allows users to analyze student data, measure student progress and create more thorough charts and graphs. Users will learn how to create a student demographics pivot and all the tools, including field selection, report filers, creating grids and charts, exporting, saving and sharing. Participants of this course should be proficient in basic ad hoc with the ability to create query wizard and selection editor filters before attending this session.

This course will introduce participants to the Ad Hoc reporting tools used to create meaningful subsets of data. Participants will learn how to create a query of student or course data matching user-defined criteria, create a static list of students, modify a query created by another user, and use a data subset to generate a form letter from a template. Participants will also learn about the user-friendly report building tool called Data Viewer. This tool allows users to drag and drop Campus fields into a real-time view of the report as it is being built.

The ad hoc reporting tool data analysis has improved over recent years. The pivot designer feature allows users to analyze student data, measure student progress and create more thorough charts and graphs. Users will learn how to create a student demographics pivot as well as all of the tools including field selection, report filers, creating grids and charts, exporting, saving and sharing. Participants of this course should be proficient in basic ad hoc with the ability to create query wizard and selection editor filters before attending this session.

This tool helps districts complete the required, yearly process of verifying a percentage of approved, free/reduced applications. Participants will learn the process of starting a new verification, reviewing and replacing applications, printing Pre-Notice Letters and verifying applications. Participants will also become skilled in completing the verification process and recognizing verification types and logic. * Verification is confirmation of eligibility for free and reduced-price meals under the NSLP and the School Breakfast Program (SBP). Verification must include confirmation of income eligibility or confirmation that the child is included in a household currently certified to receive SNAP, FDPIR or TANF benefits. Verification may also include confirmation of any other information required in the application.

Prerequisite: Must attend CR 5116 Academic Planning Part 1 before taking this course. This course will cover the configuration and use of Academic Planning. Attendees will learn how to utilize: credit requirements, course requirements and course planning rules to design academic plans that will guide students towards graduation. Attendees will also learn how to link academic plans to district, state and national assessments and to configure GPA requirements. Once the plan is created, attendees will explore how counselors, students and teachers interact with the plan. Attendees will also explore how to utilize the Course Plan Admin tool to: turn Course Plans into Course Requests, graduate seniors, pull reports on the on-track/off/track plan status of students.

This training is demonstrated on the most current version of the Infinite Campus Product and will reference Wisconsin specific data or fields when applicable.
This course will introduce participants to the Ad Hoc reporting tools used to create meaningful subsets of data. Participants will learn how to create a query of student or course data matching user-defined criteria, create a static list of students, modify a query created by another user, and use a data subset to generate a form letter from a template. Participants will also learn about the user-friendly report building tool called Data Viewer. This tool allows users to drag and drop Campus fields into a real-time view of the report as it is being built.
