Responsive Equitable Support Project (RESource)
The Responsive Equitable Support Project (RESource) is a team of professional development specialists working to support the Wisconsin Birth to 3 Program by creating and sustaining a comprehensive professional development system grounded in research. In addition, they work to make sure that everyone involved in the Wisconsin Birth to 3 Program feels connected and prepared.
The ultimate goal of RESource is to build a highly trained and qualified workforce that will lead to improved outcomes for children with disabilities and their families. With that in mind, the RESource team supports:
-
Equal access to high-quality early intervention services.
-
Effective interventions and strategies.
-
Education of leaders and home visitors in the Birth to 3 Program.
-
Connections with other systems in the state.
