Educator Licensing Help

Need help with your DPI educator license application?
CESA Educator Licensing Helpline - Click here to get help

  • This ticket system is currently only available to educators in CESA 5 (Portage), CESA 7 (Green Bay), and CESA 10 (Chippewa Falls) school districts (click here for a list).
  • License holders should submit tickets, not third parties (e.g., principals, HR departments) on behalf of others.

Disclaimer: DPI is the final authority in determining what is allowed with educator licensing. CESA staff are providing technical support and guidance as you apply for your DPI license.  This support is separate from that provided by DPI.  Any decisions about licensure pathways are ultimately the responsibility of the educator and should be verified by DPI.
