Portage Guide 3 (PG3) materials satisfy the assessment and curriculum planning needs of home visiting and center-based programs, such as Head Start, Early Head Start, childcare, preschools, early childhood special education, kindergarten, and inclusion classrooms. Programs serving children from birth to six years will benefit from using this consistent assessment tool and planning process throughout the child’s enrollment in the program.

Portage Guide 3 provides a functional, user-friendly format for working with children and their families; ages birth through four years (Infant/Toddler materials) and 18 months through six years (Preschooler materials).
